As bloggers ourselves, we do understand that this job can sometimes be overwhelming and thankless. Signing up for our tours is voluntary, whether you receive an ARC or not, and while we all have the best of intentions, life can get in the way. On the other hand, when you sign up for one of our tours, that is a promise to us and one we extend to the author. They are counting on you to make their new book release the absolute best it can be, and let’s face it, that’s why we’re here.
We will send all materials at least 7 days prior to the start of a tour. If you haven’t received it, please email us.
If you realize the date you picked no longer works or you forgot the day you picked, please email us immediately so we can reschedule or find someone to take your spot.
We don’t need top-posting, but we do require timely posting. In the tour materials will be a form where you can submit your live link. If we don’t see that by noon EST, we will send out one email reminder.
If you fail to post at all:
- Posts without an expected review will follow the 3-strike rule. If you fail to post 3 tours you signed up for on the day you picked, we will remove you from our trusted list of promoters
- Posts with an expected review where you received a free ARC will be 1-strike and gone.
